There is a porch area to the front door, and this opens onto a large entry foyer, which is tiled with ceramic tiles which continue throughout all the living areas.
The foyer leads through into the luxury kitchen area which contains all the usual American sized appliances, including self cleaning electric range, dishwasher, double stainless steel sink incorporating waste disposal and water purifier. There is a built in microwave oven, and large refrigerator, with ice maker. There are extensive wooden cupboards at wall and floor level, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is plenty of space for all the family to join in with mealtime, whether preparing or just chatting about the days adventures.
From the kitchen the room continues into the dining area which has a full size dining table and chairs for more formal mealtimes.
The far end of the room is the great room where all the family can relax on the large leather sofas (one of which also opens up into a queen size "put you up" bed) As you would expect from a luxury villa there is the large 32" TV on a large wooden cabinet, with combined video and DVD player (with a small selection of tapes and discs) and home theatre system with cable TV. There is a Playstation II with some games to enjoy.
The large patio doors at the end of the room open out onto the screened pool area which has child proof netting to prevent the young ones just jumping in unsupervised (this can always be removed if you prefer) and there is comfortable patio furniture to lounge in, morning noon and night, on the east facing patio. We are not overlooked by other homes to the rear as there is an RV park to the rear, which means very little activity at all.
The advantage of the screened area is that you can relax and top up your tan, without fighting off the bugs! The acrylic pool decking means that you can walk in comfort without burning your feet on those scorching summer days.
The two king size master en suite bedrooms and are positioned at the front and rear of the house. The rear master bedroom has patio doors which open out onto the pool area.
The two master bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, clock radios, chest of drawers and TVs, as well as walk in closets.
The en suite bathrooms to both have baths, his and hers sinks, as well as really large walk in showers.
The two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each, plus a bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, TV and built in closets. They share the third bathroom which comprises of sink and shower.
There is a separate small utility room which houses the washer and the dryer, and also a cupboard in the living area where the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils are housed.

the screened area to the rear there is a heated swimming pool
with spa, which has the benefit of underwater lighting to
add to the outside illumination in the evenings, when you
can enjoy a pleasant evening drink on the patio, making use
of the poolside furniture, and on some evenings watching the
firework displays from Disney in the distance
There is also a half bathroom which is accessed by a separate back door from the pool area, so there is no need to walk through the villa or someone's bedroom when nature calls.
